How do I report a bug?

Do I need an account?

Yes - a free account keeps your coins, rewards, pals and match history with you across devices. Signing up takes seconds with just your email. 🎮

Do I need an internet connection?

TurnPals is an online, real-time game, so you'll need a connection to play - including matches against the AI. Wi-Fi or a stable mobile-data signal gives the smoothest experience. 📶

How do I report cheating or abuse?

Pick the "Report Abuse" topic in the form and include the room/game ID, player names and any evidence. You can also report players in-app. We review reports as quickly as we can. 🛡️

What about refunds?

Coins and premium are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so refunds are handled under their policies - request one directly from your store account.
